I want to support and help you improve your sleep, manage your emotions, enhance self-confidence, improve your connection to yourself and others, while finding greater meaning and purpose in your life. I believe this will lead to deeper wellbeing.
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who uses a person-centered approach that’s calm, compassionate, direct, reflective, and humorous (when appropriate). My perspective is influenced by relational frame theory, Eastern philosophies like Buddhism, and Western philosophies like Nietzche. I try to hold these lightly so I can be curious and open to what is going on for you.
