Life Transitions, Grief & loss

Change is the only constant in life, and that can be painful, whether it’s sudden or prolonged.

Life transitions can include job loss, career changes, break-ups, death of a loved one, and trauma. Naturally, these events are difficult to experience, and sometimes it’s helpful to seek support, as you process the emotions and learn from the experience. To aid in this journey, I’ve found that Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy help with processing emotions, gaining insight, resilience, and your inner compass.
